Designer/maker of quality English willow baskets

Ted Bruce designs and weaves a wide range of strong, attractive, english willow baskets which have a multitude of uses in home or garden. He also works to commission.

His work is strictly functional, combining simplicity of design with excellent craftsmanship, reflecting contemporary styles and shapes whilst retaining traditional techniques.

His long association with the countryside (always an inspiration) gives him an affinity with his material (willow, some of which he grows himself) and this is reflected in his sturdy, beautiful baskets.

Ted works from home in a beautiful, rural, undulating north Shropshire setting and welcomes visitors by appointment.
