Stretton Summerfest

The purpose of the Summer Fest is to raise the profile of the town, increase the footfall, support the traders and provide a fun day for residents and visitors.     The aim is to be all inclusive – with other local organisations participating with their own activities/ideas resulting in a town that is welcoming, alive and vibrant.

The main themes will be: music, drink, dance and adult and children’s entertainments.

Some of the entertainments so far:  Music in the Square provided by a live band, hog roast, Traders’ and non-Traders’ stalls, roving musicians, dance in Silvester Horne,  beer festival, traction engines,  etc.

Day - in and around the town - 10 am - 5/ 5.30pm. Evening - Rectory Field - 6pm - 10.00pm.
