I have been forging functional and decorative ironwork for around 16 years.

The forge I use is in the appropriate setting of Blists Hill Victorian town near Ironbridge. Where I demonstrate and create for the general public.

I completed my training at The National School of Blacksmithing and Farriery in Hereford where I was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths.
All of my work is made using traditional methods. Not much has really

changed regarding the process of moving iron. It needs to be hot and hit with a hammer. I understand that it’s a little more complex than just that, but you get the idea.  I fully appreciate being able to use this ancient skill to produce useful and ornamental items.
